Sadly season one is not available on dvd. Most of the original series is not on dvd. But AG and DP are but only on Rental DVDs. This textless version of the opening was included on on the of the specials that are buyable. You may get Japanese dvds from cd japan.

Where do you by them? I may very well buy Japanese Pokemon episodes, especially season 1.
